I am Daniel Pavon Cuellar, Texas Resident, Mexican Citizen
I will turn 43 Years old Today: July 1, 2007 The exact half of the year.
I am an Artist and Muralist and have been painting for now around 30 years.
I am known as Artist and Muralist DAPACU for the first two initials of my name
I create a unique Art called, Multidimensional Art. Using stereogram techniques, all handmade. That you must see why is special and also impossible to forge. Details beyond magnifying lens, balanced. (PAGE 40)

I come from a very united family as is our culture and our heritage. With high education, morals, principles, respect, honesty, loyalty.
My parents were married for 49 years.

From a family of a total of 4 children. My sister who lives in Surrey England, her husband is the director of his field for General Motors in England. My brother a professional psychologist, who teaches and gives conferences, very well known in his field who lived in France. My sister, a economist, teacher and director for a University in Mexico.

My father, a retired engineer, a very well known artist who started electronic art in Mexico in the 60’s, who was retired as a director of the Light and Power company of Mexico, also written books, was a compositor and did good investments in real estate. Speak several languages

My mother , a hard worker, always helping, always loyal, faithful, a woman of one boyfriend my father, devoted wife and mother all her life, now several times grandmother.

Me, I am not only an artist and have a long life at 40, including from been a Club Med Go, to waiter, to bartender, to manager of restaurants and bars, then owner, then close them for peace and to dedicate myself to painting.

I had a collection of 1732 Paintings, 30 years of works owned by my family.

My parents owned some acreage in Austin, over 160 acres, where they wanted to retire and live

They were gorgeous, views for miles and in Austin Texas, the fastest growing city in America for several years. They were bought cheap and grew in value by the location. The property had springs, waterfalls, and creeks, turtles, dear, snakes, and all. 3 parcels, held fully natural, the only green area when seen from the sky. Peace, freedom, nature.

My homestead was purchased in 1997, I bought it because of the trees, over 500 years old OAKS, spreading their branches for around 30 meters, the whole world of wildlife will arrive to the trees, owls, hawks, color birds, cardinals, Raccoons, so much…

Then, planted a Chinese style garden all around the house, with over 200 trees planted in one third of a acre, shaped very detailed.
I painted murals that took me 7 years to paint, even the floor.

Also I am a photographer an travel around the world, I love photos, I had about 10000 of them.
Also lived in playa de Carmen in Mexico, and love it, next to the Caribbean ocean, small little tourist town and lived there and managed a restaurant and hotel and of course paint.

Me and my family had a great life, thanks to my parents, who worked all their life and were secure for their old age to not be taken care of, always working still nearly at their 80! Loving each other like the first day and one year from the gold anniversary.
My father would work still from early to late. My mother as well.

But, I met a woman who was the woman of my dream and the love of my life, Samantha Lowry. She discovered to be pregnant in England and claim that was my son. Of course I invited her to Austin, and she moved September 22, 2006 to Austin.

We seemed to be perfectly happy, she was in a hurry to get married, so on February 2007 the date for the weddings was set for September 1, 2007.

During September me and Samantha collected hundreds and hundreds of acorns from red oaks, I planted them and place over 600 read oaks seedlings, and for Sebastian to know that forest, had the exacts same age then him to be Planted on a new property my father bought in Niederwald Texas, beautiful but no trees, great soil. 20 acres inside city limits, cheap.

My father loved the properties, you see the stars, the peace, the freedom, he loved working in them. The other properties my parents bought were bought around 1992, gorgeous,

Sebastian was born on March 29, 2007, through a very complicated birth, the baby umbilical cord was made a big nut in his legs, he stop breathing a few times, was a very intense feeling when I cut the umbilical cord, my first new born son and he was alive and well.
A baby! That open the eyes since he got out and observed all. An me him, I am an artist Visual, everything is to see.

But Samantha changed. I thought she had postpartum depression, therefore I helped her with all, even cooked nice dinners and do all I could for all the time since she arrived. Always, she was spoiled as princess; she was to be my wife!

During this time, I had enter into a partnership to buy a land of 69 acres in the city of Lockhart Texas, we had made the surveys, and all. Only 328 000 dlls, the closing was June 7, 2007 (remember this date, is important)

Samantha was illegal in Texas, she said she could not cope with the baby, her parents spend 6 weeks in my home during the birth of Sebastian.

I needed to work, and we did not have the money to go to England, Sebastian had insurance in Texas, home and all. She never worked.
She started to be violent, and placing the baby at risk, her and her family even flooded the garage twice, where I had all my paintings, I said don’t worry, just please dry it.

Samantha knew that the only thing that will really matter to me was Sebastian, she began to use him to make me upset. Including one time Sebastian stop breathing and I save him. I loved Sebastian, and as any father, will protect your young with your life.

I trusted Samantha fully,
Because was a mathematics mayor and she did not work or study in Texas , she wanted to do the finances in the home, pay bills and therefore all my money was deposited into her account, that I would make from the sale of my paining and loans we obtained from my parents who help us for the birth expenses of the baby that the insurance did not cover,

Sebastian was born lucky, privilege, with three nationalities, American, Mexican, and British.

Lucky with land to play, a home with murals, insurance, every thing given to him, by his father and helped by my family.

Samantha did not have a dollar, her parents never help with not even a dollar, not even during their longs stays, sometimes invite dinner.

But all that changed on May 28, 2007 a trip to Mexico, to the beach. For my parents to meet him, for Samantha to take a nice break and cheer her depression, and returning she would be legal in Texas, and had the closing of the property by June 7, 2007, my car was left in Laredo Texas, because the roads are safer by bus to Mexico and was a short trip.

I waited in the station with flowers, more at the house but she did not arrive .

She had disappeared from Austin to Mexico, I search for her like crazy, we try to locate her aunt and did, but she did not know anything, my sister in England trying to reach her parents, but nothing. We call missing persons, we called everywhere. She would not answer her phone.

Then, make impossible my return to Texas, she trespassed into my home, stolen my money and the travel documents and all. Within days, 46 days of total proceedings steals all from my parents, the properties everything plus 35 million dollars, everything in secret, while her family was making deadly violence against my parents in Mexico

They trespassed into my parents homestead in Mexico, to even steal bank records from them and use them for fraud in Texas secret proceedings to steal all from me and then all my family.

46 days, STEAL ALL THE WORK OF OUR LIFE’S IN SECRET. her gains were at around one million dollars per day of proceedings, plus much more, 1732 paintings all my life’s work

Sebastian? I even attempted to return Sebastian, twice once around June 11, 2007 another on July 22, 2007, but they would not accepted him. I did not know her secret proceedings.

The Lowry created similar emails addresses like mine for their own purpose, for their own fraud, but made stupid mistakes, my artist name is DAPACU, FOR NOW 30 YEARS

They made the emails such as:

Diapacu: to keep proceedings secret

Dampacu: given to the constable to keep the auctions secret

Dieapacu: to threaten the officials I invited to the mediation, threaten to kill the baby, and also to claim a duress claim one month later, and even after now proven false, still using it IN England after proven a fake, a theft of identity to commit crimes made by Susan Lowry, mother of Samantha

Each email with a purpose, planned, but stupidly all used once. And wrong artist…

Also giving false physical addresses, false last known address, all to keep suits secret, purposely.

Her violence grew fast, the fraud was so planned: the Lowry hired the media and government contact company 4 months before the baby, but is only the statement of December 2006 and only less than three months from when Samantha moved to Texas

The Lowry were ready to make the mess: Then a planned a trip to Mexico, where the evidence of Samantha proves it and where she was to arrive to Mexico City on May 28, 2007, but did not, and then was to deliver our travel document to the border on June 3, 2007 but did not.

She then made impossible our return to our country, an illegal alien of 24? Ex girlfriends as of June 2, 2007 and we did not even lived together, an illegal alien in Texas did this?

And steal all.
An illegal alien in Texas, at 24 years old did not do this scam, a network behind her, a huge international network with very high influences. Samantha claims she did not even see her affidavits, just signed documents. And her family owns a child care center! On a one million pounds home on three acres in Bishopstone UK. And her brother accused of child abuse in the past in such nursery (around 2003) Her boyfriend Tristan involved in a “accidental dead” by the Swindon advertizer. The Lowry involved with a shotgun incident in Spain.

The crimes are endless,

Samantha even went to a greater degree of perversity, have an affair with the police detective who made the false warrants against me, but he was so colluded: evidence Samantha filed in court was traced, and showed such fabricated records were made from the homestead of the police detective from Samantha email accounts after 9 pm, to steal all from my parents.

Evil with a goal, absolute theft of all. Thieves, perverse thieves!

Make and international defamation, use of full consular support to make raids from Michigan to my ex girlfriend from 20 years ago, to my partner, to my parents, to all, A terror and violence as “distraction” of the theft

The raids made in my parents’ home only appeared in UK news in internet, but no legal record in Mexico, but a huge theft. They even drilled the safe! Not looking for a baby, all the records spread. (sealed records and photos that prove the above are part of the records)
Raids to the parents of the husband of my sister, elderly as well; over a dozen covered up faces swat team style, heavily armed with full automatic machine guns, entering their home at night.

And all of this in Mexico City, but I was in Veracruz, Samantha knew, she trace me to know where I was at all times, BECAUSE I WAS WRITING NEARLY EVERYDAY TRYING TO RETURN TO TEXAS.

The Lowry were watching my parents 24 hours a day, mislead the police to other places, such as to claim I was in England with my son, to harass my sister and place several threats to her family, whom they reported it to police, even hired security, also to my brother in France also threaten and harassed even in his work who he also reported it to police, also murder attempts against my parents in Mexico whom also reported them to police all during the events of the secret theft and auctions.

Rocio Vazquez director for the central authorities, once I spoke in person with her, said that Samantha was just making all types of false claims, but the influences where high. Next part
